Prairie Oaks Storage Units is family owned  and managed.  We're best known for our outstanding customer service and  great and secured location with an easy access off Bowling St. SW or  43rd Ave SW Cedar Rapids. The units are right at the center of our well  lit manufactured housing community with residents always near by. 

 Available storage unit sizes are:

•  6 x 10  :$65/month
  
• 10 x 10 :$95/month
• 10 x 14 :$100/month
  
• 10 x 20 :$125/month  

- Our Small units feature a five foot roll up garage door and all remaining units have a nine

foot roll up door for wide easy entry to the unit

- All units have vaulted ceilings allowing for vertical shelving (shelving is not provided)

- There is plenty of temporary parking for loading and unloading
